Are you a structured, service-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a coordinating and supporting role? We are currently seeking an engaged and driven Executive Personal Assistant to support a business-oriented entrepreneur and investor with international operations.

About the Role

We are seeking someone ready to take on a broad and responsible role as an Executive Personal Assistant. This position is central to both the professional and personal spheres of the entrepreneur, with the aim of creating structure, enabling better prioritization, and optimizing daily efficiency. You will work closely with the entrepreneur and act as an extension of their role, supporting everything from daily routines to business-critical follow-ups. The role is diverse and dynamic, requiring a high degree of proactivity, flexibility, and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently manage calendar and email with structure, including scheduling, prioritization, and follow-ups
• Organize, coordinate, and ensure the execution of tasks at both operational and administrative levels
• Strategically plan, book, and coordinate travel and meetings, including all related logistics
• Maintain contact with key stakeholders in both Swedish and international companies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both nationally and internationally
• Prepare basic presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Contribute to the development of routines, structure, and effective ways of working

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and are accustomed to handling confidential matters with a high level of integrity and professionalism. You are humble, adaptable, and thrive in diverse environments and among people with shifting needs.
Furthermore, you demonstrate strong self-leadership and a high sense of service. You enjoy a dynamic workday with varied tasks and a fast pace, and you are skilled at planning, prioritizing, and creating structure—even in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or in a family/private office setting
• Valid driver´s license (B-category)

Additional Information:
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position with an initial probation period
• Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement
